FAMILY INVOLVEMENT
Parent involvement, family satisfaction, and shared decision making about your child's experiences, as well as support of family life, are essential to my program. I actively seek to create a caring and stimulating environment in which families and children interact and grow. There is a continual exchange of information through individual notes, calendars and monthly newsletters. The following are some of the ways you can be involved: Think Big Child Care open-door policy welcomes and encourages you to call or visit any time during business hours. Parent's are welcome to special events, holiday and theme related parties. Santa comes to visit us in December! Daily, weekly and monthly formal and informal communication takes place through morning and afternoon greetings, calendars and monthly newsletters. I encourage you to share your ideas or concerns with me. You are invited to share a special activity or project. You are welcome to join your child for lunch or drop in to play any time you wish during business hours.
BIRTHDAYS
Your child's birthday is an important day and we will celebrate it here at Think Big Child Care. We will have cake and ice cream and play special games and make it a really fun and special day!!
PARENTS NIGHT OUT at Think Big Child Care
Parent Date Nights are offered once a month so parent's can go out and enjoy some time together. Parent's need a break, and should not feel guilty about this. You'll come back refreshed and ready for parenthood! Children come hang out, watch a movie, do a project, eat snacks and have fun!! This is offered to enrolled and non-enrolled families at an hourly rate. I do stay within my license guidelines and appropriate paperwork will be filled out.
