To enroll in Think Big Family Child Care parents must have an interview with the provider & complete the enrollment packet. A decision cannot be made at first interview. I encourage parents to go home and sleep on it and then make a decision. During the enrollment process, you must complete forms regarding your child's health and development. These forms include family information, a medical authorization and consent form, and a developmental history. An updated physical, immunization record and permission forms are required for your child 7 days prior to enrollment. You are also expected to read the Think Big Child Care Parent Handbook and sign both the Enrollment and Handbook Agreements. This will ensure that you are aware of and understand all the procedures and policies of the daycare. Your 1st weeks tuition is due at time of enrollment as well.  Think Big Child Care will maintain an active wait list when warranted. Parents are notified when a space becomes available for their child. If a family declines an offer to enroll, they may choose to remain on the waiting list for future openings. However, if after two more offers you decline a third time, your name will be placed at the bottom of the wait list.
